Large sums of money being spent in small communities in local political races

This segment of PA Real News airs on Face the Culture featuring county commissioner candidate Harry Haas in Luzerne county, PA.  Why has over $250K poured in from DC, DT and Seattle, WA for this race?  Is this isolated?  There is a lot of slandering going on folks.  Please, do your research on candidates and don't vote based on TV ads.
