Has the Constitution seen better days?

Pastor David Whitney of the Institute on the Constitution takes a close look at the criticisms of our Constitution to see if they hold water.  We see that the complaints are vague and no examples of harm down by following the Constitution are given.  We look to our history to see examples where citizens have been protected by their rights as defined in their Constitution and Bill of Rights.
