Don Lemon: Was his first Amendment right violated? Go to the Constitution

Pastor David Whitney and Brian Shelly host today's Constitution Applied.  Today's focus is on protesters disrupting church services.  A commonly used tactic of Marxists includes persecuting Christians and the churches they attend.  In this instance, we review Don Lemon and his group disrupting First Amendment rights of a church>  Don Lemon claims this group was practicing their 1st Amendment rights.  Is that Constitutionally accurate?
